Avaya MIB File for IP Deskphones – Location?

The MIB File for the Avaya 9600 Series are provided within the Firmwarefile. You could download the latest firmware from the official Avaya Support Page. For example here the current Link to the SIP 7.1 .x Release:

Within the ZIP file there is an MIB File which can be opend by an plain texteditor like Notepad++, Sublime Text or whatever you prefer. But better is to use an MIB Browser like the one from iReasoning to get a better view and directly ask your phone.

If you have already your files deployed on the HTTP Server you could also be able to download the MIB File from there via SCP or via your browser:

Enable SNMP Settings

To enable SNMP on the phones you need to change some settings in the 46xxsettings.txt file and on the System Manager.
